Our Story

GoldCoast Premier started with a simple observation. While driving around our own neighborhood in Santee, we noticed solar panels on roof after roof covered in dust and grime — and no local company dedicated to cleaning them. Homeowners had invested real money into solar, but nobody nearby was helping them protect that investment. We saw the gap, and we knew we could do it better.

Meet Brandon & Catherine

We're a husband-and-wife team building something of our own, right here in Santee. Brandon is a U.S. Army veteran and West Point graduate who brings military discipline to every job — show up, do it right, no cut corners. Catherine is a nurse, and she brings that same precision and perfectionism to every panel and window. We use deionized water and professional water-fed poles for a thorough, spot-free clean every time, because we're not rushing to the next job — we're building a reputation.

Why Homeowners Choose Us
